I have read that a fair few of credit agreements before April 2007 may be unenforceable.

Is it only before then or are there some after this date? I have an agreement for August 2007 and wondering whether it would be worth looking into making a claim?

Your thoughts please.

I am having trouble with my bank charges.i currently have a loan and overdraft and am being constantly taken over my limit with charges which then generate more charges. I contacted the bank who told me that im not seriously enough in debt for any help. there advice was to cancel all my direct debits. i tried this but still encured charges as i cancelled loan payments. i have now had a letter telling me to return my debit card so they can set up a payment plan. i asked them for help back in march but all they wanted to do was uping my overdraft to cover fees. i lost my job in feb and have just started a new job (4th month) so i now have a reguar income.i had payment protection on my loan and credit cards but didnt qualify for help when i contacted them.please can you help me?
